This Cookie Policy explains how Modwize Automation LLC ("we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on FindHappy (https://findhappy.app). FindHappy is deliberately light on tracking: we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party cross-site tracking or ad networks.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include your browser's local storage, which is where FindHappy keeps most of what it needs. These files let a site remember information between visits.

What we use, and why

In Short: We use functional local storage to run core features. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Instead of tracking cookies, FindHappy uses your browser's local storage for a small number of functional purposes:

  • A randomly generated device identifier, so we can measure anonymous usage (like how many people viewed a deal) without identifying you.
  • Your saved venues, so your Saved list persists on your device.
  • Whether you have already seen our pilot notice, so we do not show it every visit.
  • Your location preference, so we remember whether you allowed or declined location for the map.

This information stays in your browser. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Third parties and service providers

When you submit the bar-owner claim form, your details are sent to our CRM to manage follow-up. That happens on our server after you submit; we do not embed CRM tracking scripts or cookies on FindHappy. Our site is hosted and our data is stored by service providers that may set strictly necessary cookies or keep technical logs to deliver and secure the Services. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on FindHappy.

Do we serve targeted advertising?

No. We do not serve advertising or use ad-targeting cookies.

How can you control cookies and storage?

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings; each browser handles this differently, so check your browser's help menu. Doing so may reset your preferences on FindHappy, for example you may see the pilot notice again or lose your Saved list on that device. We also recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
